Victoria Go Terms

This text is under legal review and may change before sign-up opens.

These terms govern the use of Victoria Go, the AI-powered CRM service from Victoria AI that you sign up for and set up yourself.

What Victoria Go is

Victoria Go is a self-service product: you create your account, connect your channels and set up the AI without our team stepping in.

Free trial

The free trial has a length and limits that you see when you create your account. One trial is granted per person and per phone or WhatsApp number.

What happens when the trial ends

To keep using Victoria Go you have to choose a plan and pay for it. Your data is kept and you can download it. If you do not continue, the data is deleted after a period that we notify you about beforehand.

Plans and AI messages

Plans are measured in AI messages and users. An AI message is each reply the AI sends to a customer on any channel; if it comes in several bubbles it counts as one. What the AI does behind the scenes does not count.

When you reach the monthly limit the AI pauses and your chats go to your team. You can upgrade your plan or wait for next month. Victoria Go does not offer extra top-ups.

Payments

Payments are made with e-pagos. Prices are in US dollars and charged in pesos at the billing cycle exchange rate, which is fixed when the cycle opens, plus VAT and the fee of the payment method you choose. Before paying you see the exact total.

If you choose direct debit, you are charged every cycle. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until it is settled.

Price changes

If we change prices we notify you in advance, before they apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from My plan. You keep using the service until the end of the paid period.

Support

Support is AI help and step-by-step guides. It does not include personalized attention or committed response times. If you need hands-on help from the team, there is the full Victoria.

Acceptable use

You may not use Victoria Go to send spam, broadcasts without consent or content that breaks Meta and WhatsApp policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

Moving to the full Victoria

You can move to the full Victoria whenever you want. Your data is kept.
