What data we use

Your account data (name, email, phone and business) and your operation data: conversations, customers, products and appointments that you load or that arrive through your channels.

What we use it for

To provide the service: so the AI can reply, to organize your customers, to bill you and to notify you. We do not sell your data.

Whose data it is

Your customers' data is yours. We process it on your behalf and only to provide Victoria Go.

How long we keep it

As long as you have your account. If you finish the trial without choosing a plan, we keep it for a period and then it is deleted, with advance notice.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data from the Victoria AI data deletion page or by writing to us.
